Wed. 6/25 - update

We had another good day! This morning Caed, Caleb, and I went to one of my friend's house in Lubbock. It was with 3 other high school friends...Lesli, Holly,and Marnie. We all had our kids and had a play date. It was a lot of fun (especially reminiscing!!!) When we got there, Caed told me he was hungry and wanted his Jello. (ate the whole thing!) Then, when lunch rolled around, the other kids were having fish sticks/chicken/fruit. Caed looked at me and said he wanted a plate too. I was pretty nervous about it, but fixed him a plate with 1 fish stick and a few apples. He ate all of it, and told me he wanted some more fish. So, in all this morning he ended up eating 2 fish sticks, some apples, grapes, and Jello! When we were leaving he began complaining his stomach was hurting. Then, on the way home, he got sick. However...it wasn't very much (& primarily the Jello! ????) He had a great rest of the day! He's still having diarrhea, but not as much as before. I increased his G-tube to 10 cc. tonight. That's where his dr. wanted us to get. We will see him tomorrow afternoon. Pray for the numbers to be the same or lower! And also for our dreaded "Thursday morning dressing change!" He is getting better, but it still scares him quite a bit. Good thing our HH nurse is fast!!
