Wed. 10/8 - update

One more day............................! Caed and I are SO excited for tomorrow to get here. It kinda feels like Christmas around here. Their flight doesn't come in until 9:00 pm, so we'll have to find something to do tomorrow to help pass the time. Please pray all goes well. It's not fun traveling this far with a baby. I know he'll do fine, but it's just hard on little ones when their normal routine is messed with. Also pray for a room to open up here at the Lied. We won't know anything for sure until tomorrow at 3:00. So, for this 'type-A', planner here......I'm kinda stressing. We have other options. Carol and Cordell have offered their home (as they are traveling to Lubbock to see family and also attend the Tech/Nebraska game this weekend.) So, my parents will not be having to sleep in their car; they will have somewhere to go, BUT....it sure would be nice (convenient) if we could all be right here together.

Also pray for Caed. We are doing his dressing change in the morning because of the Upper GI on Friday. We will be having a different nurse this week. Not fun.

Thank you to our sweet friends in Celina!
Our little room is becoming more and more
"homey."

Caed--Know you have lots of fun things planned for Reagan, Caleb, Nana and Grandaddy to do when they get there. Y'all have a great time. Lori, I have been working with Caleb on saying "Mama". So far, no luck. Mother and I really enjoyed having him for 2 days and over-night. He is a happy little guy. Do lots of kissing, holding and hugging the next few days. So glad everything worked out for them to come. Miss you both and praying for a much quicker return home than expected. Love--Grammy

Praying for God's perfect provision for your family while they are there. It's gonna be great, Lori!!! Enjoy! Praying for the dressing change, of course.
Sending my love, hugs, and prayers...
