Fri. 10/10 - update

GO TECH!!!!!! Beat the Cornhuskers!!!

Our day began very early this morning with Caed's small bowel series. (keep in mind we had a pretty late night last night, so it didn't start too great.....he was exhausted) However, he finally "woke up" and it sure helped for the duration of the procedure. The test began around 8:45 and was over close to noon. The barium was moving rather slowly, so they let us walk around the hospital inbetween x-rays. (Caed up and moving helps) Finally they got what they needed, but said there were a few loops that were dilated. Not sure what that means for Caed exactly, but do know dilated bowels cause malabsorption and diarrhea. The radiologist said our IRP team will know what to do. Pray for this. Caed continues to have around 7-8 watery stools everyday.

After the UGI, we headed out to the pumpkin patch. The kids enjoyed it (as usual). Caed sure had fun showing Reagan everything. We stayed most of the day/ evening, but decided we needed to head back home for an early bedtime since we had such a short night last night. Our plan is to head to the zoo tomorrow. I sure am enjoying having everyone here......especially my 3 babies!!! I can tell they are enjoying being all together too.
