Please Pray-Back in the Hospital

Hello....it's Aunt Megan again and today I'm posting because Lori is at the hospital with Caed. It's been a stressful day and all the questions haven't been completely answered yet but it appears that Caed had an adverse reaction to his medication(s) today and they have admitted him into the hospital. They arrived at the ER at about 1pm and when I last talked to Lori at 5:30ish things were looking up a bit. They did decide to keep him overnight and to do some more blood work and continue with IV fluids. I'm not sure who all is with Lori at the hospital but I know that she has some support with her--Ray, Ann and Katy have all been with her at some point today. Todd however, is having a tough day, as you can only imagine, being in Dallas and wanting to be there in Lubbock with his family on such a stressful day. Lori said they have talked many times today but that she can just hear the struggle in his voice......please pray specifically for him too!
Lori sends her sincere thanks for all the text messages and phone calls today and will post when there is anything new.

Lori,
I have been praying all day pleading with God to let Caed be ok. I'm praying for you, Todd and Caed with all my heart...That God would continually remind you that He is in control. I can't imagine how hard your days have become as Caed's illness goes on and on, but God does know. He knows every thought, fear, point of exhaustion, every detail and He is holding each of you in His arms through it all.

"I know that You can do all things and that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted" Job 42:2

"I will be strong and courageous; I will not be afraid or discouraged because of my adversaries, for there is a greater power with me than with them, for You, O Lord my God, are with me to help me."
(2 Chronicles 32:7-8)

Lori, Todd, may you both be reminded of God's power and His amazing love throughout every minute and hour. May Caed feel God's love and peace surrounding him...Jesus holding his little hand.

Thank you for answering our prayers today, Lord. May You be glorified in a mighty way.

In prayer for Caed,
Pam Peters

Another setback but God is still there with you all so keep the faith. He is still in control and sees your heart. I pray for your peace tonight and Caed to have a good night.
Prayers are still coming in from everyone for you all. Also may Todd have the peace of God with him
and all your family.
In God's love

Hate to hear you guys are in the hospital. Will be praying that it is a short stay and goes as smooth as a trip to the ER can possibly go. :(

Todd & Lori,

Though I don't comment often, you are in my thoughts and prayers daily. May Caed feel better soon and you both be comforted with God's perfect PEACE.

Call me any time I can help.

Love,
Brenda Goodell

I haven't been on the blog in several days, but please know our hearts and prayers go out to you. Bryan, my son and your 3rd cousin, told me that people he knows continually read your blog and pray for little Caed's progress daily. He is in the prayers of many people unknown to you and will continue to be. God bless each of you.

I am reminded of a song by Lynda Randall entitled "God on the Mountain". The words of the song are so appropriate because HE is the God of the bad times as well as God of the good times.
